The AscendFit test is designed to optimize your workout by identifying genetic potential for certain types of exercise, such as endurance training, sprinting, and resistance training as well as potential response for factors such as body composition, strength, blood pressure, cholesterol. VO2Max, cramping/muscle soreness, and risk for arthritis and other factors. 
The test is done with a simple cheek swab done at home and mailed to us in provided envelope.

If for whatever reason your test fails (usually in the unlikely event of DNA provided not being sufficient do to improper sampling), we can ship you a new testing kit to perform your swab again.
