AscendNutrition - Nutrition and Diet Panel
The AscendNutrition panel test various genes to optimize your diet.
The test identifies genetic potential for metabolism of different food types, potential sensitivities to sugars, dairy, gluten, and certain fats, response to diet/exercise for weight loss, risk factors for certain vitamin deficiencies, and eating behaviors (snacking, hunger response, addictive eating, satiety).
The test is done with a simple cheek swab done at home and mailed to us in provided envelope.
